What happens when I cancel?
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so the service keeps answering until then. Move your call forwarding back before that date.
What does the 14-day money-back period cover?
If MairyAI is not right for your business, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. You can use the service normally in that time.
Are my callers told they are speaking with an AI?
Yes. Every call opens by stating that the caller is speaking with an AI assistant and, where recording is on, that the call is recorded. That disclosure cannot be switched off.
Do you use my calls to train AI models?
No. Call recordings, transcripts, summaries and caller details are never used to train or improve any AI model.
What if MairyAI is unavailable?
There is no uptime commitment on this plan. Keep a fallback on your telephone line — forwarding, voicemail or a person — so callers always reach someone.
