Salesforce

An AI receptionist that writes every call into Salesforce

Salesforce is only as good as what gets typed into it, and phone calls are the thing that does not get typed into it. The call happens, the record stays as it was, and the pipeline quietly stops describing the business.

MairyAI writes the call in. The contact or lead is created or updated, the outcome is attached in plain English, and the next step is recorded — after the call has ended, so the caller never waits on a CRM.

What reaches the record

What a Salesforce record holds after a MairyAI call

Three things, on every call, with nobody typing them in afterwards.

01

The record, matched not duplicated

The contact or lead, matched where it exists and created where it does not, carrying the number the caller gave and the name they used.

02

The outcome, in words

A plain-English outcome written for a person: what the caller wanted, what was agreed, what happens next. Not a transcript somebody has to read to find out.

03

The next step

The next step recorded against the record, so a follow-up is in the system rather than in somebody's head.

When something goes wrong

What a failure looks like

An integration is judged on its worst day.

01

Retried, or flagged at once

A write that can succeed later is retried. One that cannot — a missing permission, a field that is not there — is flagged at once rather than retried into silence.

02

Your dashboard is the backstop

Every outcome is in your MairyAI dashboard whether or not Salesforce accepted it. A broken connection is a sync to fix, never a call to recover.

03

The call never waits for the CRM

Nothing is written while the caller is on the line. Your Voice Agent finishes the conversation, and the update goes out afterwards, so a slow or unavailable system can never leave a caller listening to silence.

Connecting it

What it takes to switch on

No engineer, no sandbox, no project.

01

An OAuth screen, not an engineer

Connecting is an OAuth screen and a confirmation. No API key to paste, no file to upload, and no engineer. Disconnecting removes our copy of the token from the same screen.

02

You can see it is working

Connection status and a clear activity record sit on the page that made the connection, so you can see it working rather than infer it from nothing having gone wrong.

03

Separate access per customer

Each customer's access is their own, and one workspace's connection can never read or write another's. With a CRM full of customer data, that is the first question worth asking.

Common questions

The things worth knowing first

What does it write to Salesforce?

The contact or lead, created or updated, with a clear outcome of the call attached and the agreed next step recorded. Your team opens a record that already knows what the call was about.

Does the write happen during the call?

Nothing is written while the caller is on the line. Your Voice Agent finishes the conversation, and the update goes out afterwards, so a slow or unavailable system can never leave a caller listening to silence.

Can a Salesforce problem break a call?

No. A CRM issue is designed never to interrupt a live call. The conversation happens first and the write happens after, so an unreachable Salesforce costs you a sync and never a caller.

Will it create duplicates?

No. Repeat callers are matched rather than re-created, and duplicate call and event updates are prevented by design.

What happens when a write is refused?

It is retried where retrying can help and flagged at once where it cannot. The outcome is in your MairyAI dashboard regardless, so nothing is lost while a permission is sorted out.

Which Salesforce editions work?

The connection uses the standard API, which Salesforce makes available on the editions that include API access. The connection page tells you when a scope you need was not granted, rather than failing quietly on the first call.

Is our Salesforce data used to train AI models?

No. Call content is used to deliver the service and never to train AI models, and what we hold is deleted on the retention schedule published on our security page.

Can we keep our existing phone number?

Yes. Forward the number your customers already know, or start on a new business number that we set up with you. Nothing about your existing phone system has to change.
