About
MairyAI is a small company that answers phones for other small companies
MairyAI is the trading name of Anabtawi Labs LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida and based in Miami. It is founded and run by Zeid Anabtawi.
The product is an AI receptionist. It answers the calls a business already receives, on the number that business already advertises, tells every caller at the start of the call that the voice is an AI, books appointments into the calendar the business already keeps, and writes up what was said so the owner reads the record instead of returning the call.
What we will not do
The boundaries, written down
Most of what is worth knowing about a phone product is in what it refuses. These are standing rules, not settings, and none of them can be switched off by a customer or by us.
- Your Voice Agent never places a call. MairyAI answers inbound calls only. There is no outbound dialing, no campaign feature and no call-back robot, and there is no plan on which that changes.
- The AI disclosure cannot be turned off. An announcement naming the assistant as an AI is played at the start of every call, before any conversation begins. A customer controls the business name in it and nothing else. The full statement is on the recording and AI disclosure policy page.
- A caller who asks is always told. Separately from that announcement, a caller who asks whether they are speaking with a person is told plainly that the voice is an AI, however many times the question is put.
- One agent, one call. A call is never passed from one AI agent to another. A caller who wants a person is put through to one, under rules the business sets.
- Call content is never used to train AI models. Recordings and transcripts are kept for a stated period and then deleted. What is held, and for how long, is on the security and privacy pages.
Reaching a person here
How to reach us
There is no contact form between you and an answer. Both of these reach a person at the company, and we reply within one business day.
The questions this page does not answer are usually answered on pricing, on integrations, or in the guides. If they are not, write to us.
